The Lakme Fashion Week 2015 was a huge hit with various designers like Manish Malhotra, Suneet Varma, Alan Alexender Kaleekal, Salita Nanda, Manish Bansal, Kunal Rawal, Pankaj & Nidhi, Neha Agarwal, Nishka Lulla, Anamika Khanna, but let’s check out who turned out as the best designers from Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2015.
Manish Malhotra At Lakme Fashion Week 2015: Known as the king of the Bollywood fashion, Manish Malhotra always do something innovative with his designs. For this designer it was all about bold color like blue and he set the runway on fire with his blue bridal collection. He also represented a strong social message of gender equality.
Sabyasachi Mukherjee At LFW 2015: This time Sabyasachi presented Bollywood 1970’s fashion in his collection. There was much use of color black in his designs.
Anushree Reddy: Her bridal collection at lakme fashion week 2015 was really amazing. Her designs include in colors like red, yellow, light pink, silver with floral prints and beaded work. Those designs were perfect for pre wedding functions like haldi, engagement and sangeet.
Anamika Khanna: On the last day Anamika Khanna collection bought up a fine ending to a great show. Kareena Kapoor walked the ramp in black and white beautiful saree. Her collection includes lots of studded crystals and embroideries.
Suneet Varma: He played it well with the colors, giving a change to the usual bridal colors he picked up colors like light pink purple and multicolor for his collection. Nargis Fakhri walked in the ramp for him in a beautiful red bridal lehenga choli.
Kunal Rawal: He presented a lovely fusion of mens ethnic wear and western clothing. He bought out designs like zippered kurta, cropped jackets and dhoti pants Arjun Kapoor rocked the stage in embroidered sherwani by Kunal Rawal.
Raghavendra Rathore: He also presented a beautiful fusion of indo western wear for men like jodhpuri coat, band gala vest with printed shirts, white tuxedo combined with satin shawl. Ritesh Deshmukh walked the ramp in brocade jacket.
